Bullying and Gendered Violence Training
Bullying at work or intimate partner violence at home — overbearing demands, verbal abuse, unwanted attention, discrimination and harassment — is unacceptable and strongly linked to depression and anxiety. But what are the behaviours? This training examines definitions of bullying, covert and overt, and employer and employee obligations under The Fair Work Act (2009) as well as unacceptable behaviours at home.

A workplace program addressing bullying, harassment, gendered violence, and discriminatory behaviour, paired with positive culture-building. Its focus is on shifting the unwritten 'what's normal here' rules in a team rather than just restating policy.
Most bullying happens not because policies are unclear, but because the team's unwritten norms tolerate it. Naming and shifting those norms is what changes behaviour — pure policy training rarely does.
Designed for all employees with a parallel session structure for leaders. Teams experiencing tension or coming off a workplace incident frequently book it as a recovery + reset intervention.
2–3 hours, delivered face-to-face on-site or via live online webinar. Half-day formats are available where deeper team-norm work is wanted.
Yes. The program addresses gendered patterns of bullying and harassment specifically, alongside other forms of workplace discrimination, in line with current workplace-safety obligations.
