WellConnect
We offer all of our core AOD and Mental Health Training Programs via our customisable Well Connect App or Worker Wellbeing Hub with secure access for clients and employees.
The programs available - each professionally produced - mirror the content of our live training on-site engagements. We offer the digital resource on a 12-month subscription model. The subscription provides the client and each employee with a secure login giving access to the suite of our training, support materials as well as ADA Australia's direct support services, anywhere, anytime. The App or Hub can be 'white labelled' and easily integrated into existing company portals, staff intranet, training pages and co-branded to the client.
Many of our clients utilise this approach as a digital-only solution, or to complement print materials and resources supplied to participants at live training programs.

WellConnect questions
Quick answers about the WellConnect platform and mobile app.
WellConnect is ADA Australia's workplace wellbeing platform. It has two parts: a customisable per-organisation Wellbeing Hub (web platform, often surfaced via your intranet) holding training materials and policy resources, and the WellConnect mobile app (iOS + Android) giving employees direct access to support resources, AOD and mental-health information, and the 24/7 Friendly Ear support line.
The mobile app is free to download for everyone. Full access to per-organisation features — co-branded content, the Wellbeing Hub, and the Friendly Ear support line — is provided to clients of an ADA Australia training program at no extra cost.
Staff at an ADA training client organisation download the WellConnect app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the access details we provide your HR or wellbeing lead. Onboarding is straightforward — we'll walk your rollout team through it.
Yes. The per-organisation Wellbeing Hub can be co-branded with your logo, populated with your AOD and mental-health policies, and curated with the support pathways relevant to your industry and workforce. Most rollouts include a short setup phase where we tailor the content to your context.
No. WellConnect complements your EAP rather than replacing it. The Friendly Ear support line is a first-line listening + early-intervention service; clinical EAP services remain separate. Many organisations link the two so the app surfaces their EAP details alongside ADA's support pathways.
Privacy is a foundation of the design. Employer dashboards show aggregate engagement (how many people accessed what kind of resource) but never individual usage. Calls to the Friendly Ear support line are confidential — they are not reported back to your employer.
iOS via the App Store and Android via Google Play. Both are kept in sync; there is no separate web-only version of the consumer app — the Wellbeing Hub is the web counterpart.
